QuestionCan I upgrade the RAM? In other words, is the factory RAM soldered into the computer? Will changing the RAM nullify my factory warranty?

- Answer There is an access hatch on the bottom of the machine that gives easy access to both RAM slots. The dimm does not appear to be soldered in and should be very easy to upgrade. Unsure about the manufacturer's warranty, though I assume it will not be voided by that act. They simply will not cover the new memory installed in the system, nor will they cover any damage to the system caused by the installation of your upgrade.

QuestionHas anyone played OVERWATCH and WOW on this device and did they experience good fps? I just dont want to buy a computer for these games and then the fps suck.

- Answer I play unoptimized/early access/in-development games on it regularly and it's great. OW and WoW will run just fine on it.

- Answer It supports up to 16GB RAM, as there are two slots for RAM. So you can add another 8GB of RAM if you feel like it.
