“Is the graphics system on this machine capable of using video processing features such as Zoom "Blur" or other background processing features? My current machine is incapable of using background blur on Zoom's software due to hardware limitations.”

Great question, Robert! I was able to find the system requirements on Zoom's website. This computer meets the requirements for the Blur feature, but does not meet the requirements for video backgrounds, which require more processing power (at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5).
