QuestionMy mother is 87 but needs a basic computer - this seems perfect for her small apartment. We need to use Gmail for her and have had trouble getting gmail to populate using Windows mail. Will that be an issue and do you think this is a good fit for her?

- Answer I was not happy with bing as the browser or the Windows mail features. I installed google chrome/google account and now have the browser I want and my gmail account. So, it can be done! The size would be great for an apartment and the computer is easy to use.

- Answer If you are trying to mirror the screen from this computer, you can do so as long as your TV has an HDMI port. You can connect this computer to your TV with an HDMI cable. The dish has nothing to do with streaming Netflix. You just have to change the input on your TV. I hope this helps.

- Answer Very close. You can't go wireless like your laptop can, but easily moves anywhere in the house near an outlet. I would purchase a wireless keyboard and mouse. I will put the computer on a small table near me and have the keyboard and mouse on my lap and can work as if I was on my laptop.

- Answer Call your local Best Buy for specifics for India however Best Buy has a 15 day return policy and 30 days if you are an Elite member. Pick up is based on the stores inventory unless you buy online to ship to store. Unless you purchase an extended warranty from Best Buy after 15 days then you would need to deal directly with HP manufactures warranty for issues.

- Answer The first one (2015) but once you connect to the internet, it will download the latest (anniversary edition 2016) but it will take like one hour for download depending on your internet speed, and one hour for installation, and you will need to leave it alone because it will restart a few times.

- Answer I find it to be slow. There are 4 GB of RAM with 3.86 of that being usable (bloatware) the processor is Intel Celeron 1.60 GHz.
