- Answer You would need a USB c to VGA adapter or a USB c to HDMI adapter. If your mac has a HDMI port you need a HDMI cable.

QuestionI have an HP All in one Envy23 TouchSmart. I'm wondering if the cable that comes with this will work or if I need something different. The HDMI is on the side and there is no VGA or DVI plug. I purchased an off brand monitor and it would not work.

- Answer You do not need an installation disc. If your laptop has the HDMI port, you will need a DVI-D to HDMI cable. Once you plug the monitor to the laptop, the laptop will recognize it. - Answer No. The webcam is on this HP monitor. You can add an external webcam to your computer and mount it on top of the monitor.

QuestionIs the TV Compatible for Direct TV?

- Answer This actually isn't a TV-it's a computer monitor. The monitor does not have an HDMI port, so you'd need a converter to go from the DVI port on the monitor to the HDMI port on the Direct TV box. And because this monitor does not have built in speakers, you'd need to rig up some other way to get the sound from your Direct TV signal. It's possible, but it would be much simpler to use an actual TV with an HDMI port.

- Answer This has a VGA and DVI port. This would be great to use for a 2 monitor situation. You will just need to have 2 video out ports on your pc. These displays come with VGA cables. You would probably need one adapter from HDMI (or what other port you have on your computer) to VGA.
