The screen may be perfectly perpendicular to the surface, but you have to take into account your angle of viewing the screen. If you are sitting higher or standing, it would need to be tilted back, and if you were lower than the screen, it would need to tilted forward. Just make sure that you're eye level is perpendicular to the screen. If the brightness is still off, then make a call before your factory warranty runs out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.most of LED monitors have lighter at the bottom and darker on the other half in the upper side, I have seen many brand LED monitors look like this, I am a photographer, I didn't get the accurate colour correction in the LED monitors... and also when we see from the side angle or from the top or bottom these monitor differs the brightness.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Could be how you have it angled, move it and see if it goes away. Otherwise make sure you don;t have it on top of anything putting out high EMF.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the same issue. However, in my case the fix was the reverse. The unit we are using is rack mounted. I had to put a couple washers on the top mounting screws between the rack plate and the monitor to tip it forward just a little. This corrected it for us.
