• Matte. There is matte film on top of the screen.

• It has bit of a sheen on it, but there is an anti-glare coating on it so it's not very reflective. Definitely not noticeable when it's turn on.

• The black frame is gloss, though not at all noticeable. The silver is semi-gloss with a full gloss "HP" symbol.
