• No, the HP 23er monitor does not have speakers or USB ports for phones or laptops. There is only 1 HDMI port and 1 VGA port on this monitor.

• Doesn't come with speakers and looks like nothing else can be pluged in besides power cords everything else is pluged in to the tower no usb ports on the monitor
