“How can I turn down the fan speed or quiet the computer”

• I don’t think you can. I’ve tried tech support and even sent the first computer back because of this issue. It improved but didn’t stop. I wouldn’t buy this computer again, but I don’t want to send another one back, so to drown out the sound, I play rain videos on YouTube.

• You should be able to turn down the fan speed in the UEFI settings. If you do, please make sure that you haven't turned it down to the point that the computer overheats.
