“Is it normal that the top side ( which included the camera slot) is not exactly white color, but looks like white with gray/blue speckles? Not a big deal, but it makes me wonder if it is new 9r, used/returned by someone.”

• Thank you for the question. Don't worry. The speckle design with weave pattern is intentional and a part of the Starry White product color. You will also notice it on the rear of the PC.
