“I recently purchased this computer and am looking to connect my switch VIA HDMI cable, is this something that is achievable, or no? I will probably need an adapter, correct? If so, would anyone happen to know which type I would need and have any ideas.”

It has an HDMI port in the back of the unit. It’s not tucked away like in TVs but at least it has one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Jasper, unfortunately, there is no way to connect a Nintendo Switch to this computer to use the display as a monitor. This model only has an HDMI OUT port to connect a second monitor. You would need a model that has an HDMI IN port to use the computer as a monitor. Some of the HP ENVY AIO models have this feature. The only thing you could do would be to buy a second monitor. Connect that monitor to your computer and then connect your Switch to the second monitor. That would give you a nice dual-screen setup.
