Faye, from one dino to another, yes, to can make phone calls on your computer. I would try Google Voice. The calls are free in the US and Canada. You most likely need a cell phone or landline phone number. If you use your cell phone, your cell phone minutes are deducted when you use Google Voice. One of the good things about using Google Voice is you can pick a Google Voice phone number that links with your cell phone number or landline number. You can download Google Voice for free and follow the easy instructions.
