“Has anyone experienced issues with connecting the wireless mouse & printer? For some reason, we are unable to use them. We can only use the touchscreen. We have placed the batteries correctly & assured that the button on the back of the mouse is "On".”

No sorry but I never had a problem, wish I had an answer for you. If you have Geek Squad just call them and they will fix your problem.
