- Answer Yes, this computer works with both Microsoft Teams & Zoom. To connect either you will just need to download the desktop application to the computer and sign into your account. I use both daily at work and have never had an issue with the camera working on any platform (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype, etc.). When you are not using the camera, there is a toggle on the top of the monitor that can slide a opaque barrier over the lens.

QuestionWhen this computer goes to sleep mode I cannot figure out how to wake it up. Not even when I click and move the mouse or press buttons on the keyboard. I have to manually shut it down and turn it back on everytime. How can I avoid this and wake it up ?

- Answer While I can't recommend a particular monitor (because it's going to depend partly on availability), working with two monitors works best if they're the same size and resolution. You'll want a 24" monitor (it may be listed as 23.8 inches) with a resolution of 1920x1080

QuestionI have this computer and I’m wondering if it has 3.0 USB ports because I’m trying to use my elgato hd 60s capture game card and it does seem to work if it doesn’t have the 3.0 port is it possible to but a usb 3.0 usb plug in and run it off that?

- Answer This model has both USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports. The two ports on the right side of the unit (looking at the computer from behind) next to the HDMI port are the 3.0 ports.

- Answer Actually, both the mouse and keyboard are wired. It's got a reasonably fast process and plenty of memory for downloading. Any bottleneck with downloading is going to be the speed of your Internet connection, and the speed of your computer doesn't come into play with that.

- Answer Yes you can upgrade the memory to 16gb max. It comes with 8gb memory stick. You can purchase the additional 8gb of ram at best buy for around $35 and get them to install it for you, or install it yourself by watching youtube videos on how to upgrade the memory/ram.

- Answer Yes it will work with any hp printer and it has 4 USB ports, headphone jack, SD CARD Reader on bottom and 1 ethernet port. It also has 2.0 WiFi as well.

- Answer Not sure how it works with a CAD program, but it is faster with an SSD drive. Runs at a 3.10GHZ. you can always add a larger SSD, and memory. What I have is way faster than what I used to have...
