Yes you can, through HDMI. You would have to hook up speakers/headphones to the audio jack on the monitor to take advantage of HDMI transmitted stereo sound, or just rely on the sound through a headset directly on your console, i.e. on an Xbox One, plug in a headset to the wireless controller and listen to the game audio through that. You might have to make some adjustments to sound sliders in the settings to get the game audio to be what you want it.
