“Can the screen be used in portrait mode?”

• I have the HP 27f monitor. It is a great monitor and has a very clear image! It can be used in portrait mode. I have NVIDIA graphics. I can go to Control Panel/NVIDIA Control and can select either portrait or landscape for display.
