“How do I change it to be a second usable screen vs a duplicate image of what’s on my computer screen? I’d like to have two separate tasks available to see on the different screens. Thanks!”

Click on your setting in your pc and hit extend in screen setting section. Note you have to connect your monitor to your pc through the usb cable
