There's no way to tell with the information provided. It's going to depend on the video system on the laptop if it can drive three monitors (the one in the laptop plus two external monitors). Your best option is to contact Dell directly and ask if it can drive all three monitors. If it can, then an HDMI splitter should work for the two external monitors
