Thank you for the question. Yes, it's possible. The simplest way is to use external storage (a flash drive or SD card). Use Finder to drag and drop files and data from your Mac to the external drive. Connect the drive to your PC and launch File Explorer to access the drive. You can now drag or copy your files from the external drive to your PC.

I moved all my files with an external hard drive copied from my old computer and put them on my new all my old programs were so out of date I just loaded the Microsoft 365 that came with the HP and logged into my account and everything was there
