Q: QuestionHi. I have a Pavilion All-In-One - Intel Core i5 and I’m using this monitor as an additional display. I couldn’t make it display properly. It just doesn’t get to full screen and the resolution looks weird with smaller fonts and stretched image. Any idea?
Asked by Alex.
- A:Answer Unfortuantely, without troubleshooting the issue in real time, it would be just a guess at what the fix is. Your best option is to contact the HP support team so they can troubleshoot it with you in real time to figure out why you're getting those display problems.

Q: QuestionI have an old Laptop (Dell Inspiron N4010 14R) and wanted to know whether this monitor could properly display from it? Also if the HDMI port and Intel HD (1st generation) graphics card was compatible with the 4K capabilities of this monitor? Thanks
Asked by Billington522.
- A:Answer It won't do full resolution for 4K I'm using a older pc with Windows 10. If the PC has a USB-C port you may see full 4K. The picture will be great either way. I have two of these monitors.

Q: Questioncan one of the the HDMI be connected to another tv and be used a second display (move an open window from one display to the other)
Asked by sal.
- A:Answer Both of the HDMI ports are input ports, so you can't use one to output a signal to another monitor. If your computer has two outputs, you can do it that way, or you can get an HDMI splitter to send the signal to the two monitors.

Q: QuestionIf there is no built-in web camera, why do the specifications say there is? That was one of the main features I wanted when I bought this monitor.
Asked by webcam.
- A:Answer I had to buy a camera/microphone. Got a nice one with great display for not mjuch money. Being portable it allows shooting from different places and not just the top of the monitor.
