“Can this be used as a tv?”

• You can show video on this monitor. But the monitor does not have speakers. The sound would have to come through speakers on a computer.

• It does have HDMI input. so if you were to plug in a Fire stick, Roku, ect. it cad be used as a TV. or if your Direct TV\Dish receiver is HDMI compatible it could also be used. so yes is the answer but it does not have any type of Tunner built in.
