“Can this monitor be used as an external display for a Chromebook? In-store I was told it could by simply attaching both to each other via a HDMI cable that I would have to buy. Also, in terms of AC power, what is its Input voltage? Is it 100-240v?”

As long as the book has a HDMI or you can use a Converter From USB to HDMI it will work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I specifically asked if this monitor had any 'operating system compatibility' requirements as I wanted it to be used as a monitor for my Chromebook. I was told no it had none. I could used it as a monitor for a Chromebook as long as it had HDMI. They confirmed this fact after looking up its details in front of me in-store when checking they had one available to purchase. Well, looking at the specifications on Bestbuy's own site myself, the specification of this monitor clearly state 'Operating System Compatibility: Windows'. I would never have purchased it if they had told me this. Have I been misled?
