• Yes, that should be no problem. The All-in-One computers typically have an HDMI port that can send a signal to another monitor. All you should need would be the HDMI cable that's in the box with the monitor.

• I use this with an HP laptop and another monitor. I just use a splitter. But it comes with a USB and is easy to connect and go.
