QuestionWhy is this ink shown as blk and not photo blk? I now have numerous photo blk cartridge s that do not fit the plain blk cartridge slot! This is only for photo slot.

- Answer This is a two pack of the normal capacity (Not XL) regular black cartridge, NOT the photo cart. This cart has the pentagon symbol on it, the photo cart has the bow tie and it also says photo on it.

QuestionI have a HP photosmart 7520 with 5 slots for inks. There are two kinds of black ink, 564 XL and 564 setup. Where can I find the 564 setup cartrige?

- Answer The XL just means there's more ink so you don't have to replace the cartridge as often. I have used both the 564 and 564 XL no problems. This allows me to get the best deal at the time I need ink.

- Answer The HP 564 ink will not work in that model printer. The HP 8710 will use the HP 952 ink.

- Answer Hi, thank you for the question. The HP OfficeJet 5200 is not compatible with HP 564 ink cartridges. It is compatible with HP 63 ink cartridges.

- Answer The HP c309g printer uses a standard 564 black along with a 564 photo black and they are 2 different cartridges and are not interchangeable.
