I don't know about HP, but usually where ever you purchased it will take care of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They should if you have your receipt and explain your situation. Also return with the box.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure but i suspect the printer. Make sure it is in all the way. Sometimes I have trouble getting my cartridges to “snap” in. Best Buy is very reputable and would likely exchange the cartridge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If it is defective or doesn't fit your printer, Best Buy will generally replace it with a receipt within a certain time frame.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, HP will quickly help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would first start by going to Best Buy and seeing if they can exchange for you. They deal in higher volume than you just going to HP directly. However, if Best Buy is not willing to help then go to HP and explain and hopefully they will help you out and at least offer a coupon for the defective product. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I would take the cartridge back to the store if it is within the return period and exchange it. Likewise, you can call HP for assistance at 800-HP-Invent.
