“Why won't 920XL HP black cartridge work in my 6500A plus printer ?? Bought cartridge at Best Buy last Feb. It has never worked...tossed out bill and box and kept trying...to no avail. Best Buy said they have no answers and to deal with HP. Another store checked ink level in cartridge and said it's almost full! What do I do now? Paid over $50. Look forward to hearing from you. Other three colours work well.”

• IMOHP pronters suck. I wont but another one. I ended up teashing the one i had and buying anEpson which i love.

• I had the same problem with one I purchased elsewhere. I returned it to the store (but I had the receipt). Probably HP had a bad batch. Contact HP and see if they'll send you a replacement.
