cant get my hp stylus to work on my laptop? null

I have found that some styli do not work with some touch screens. This was a more frequent problem as recently as 2-3 years ago, less so now. But I always try a stylus on my phone before purchasing. The problem is exacerbated on the perphery of the screen.

It only works with select laptops (probably those with touchscreens), so that is the first thing to check. Make sure that your laptop is compatible with the stylus. If that doesn't cover it then I would check the HP site for support specific to the stylus.
