• It is only compatible with select HP models so it will not work on a dell

• Sorry, it only works with the Surface, from what I know. A tablet has to have a specific type of screen to be able to use a pen.

• The Pen is genuinely only recommended for HP touch screen laptops. I tried to use it with other touch screens and it will not work.
