Yes. If your iPad has Bluetooth functionality. When you turn Bluetooth on it will look for Bluetooth compatible devices. You will of course have the keyboard powered up, the Power light will glow green for about 2 minutes and when detected the iPad will have you enter a code from the keyboard and it will be paired.

Please try again later.Due to the fact this keyboard requires a USB port it may or may not sync with the iPad depending on if the key board sends the signal or the USB device sends it. My suggestion would be to visit the best buy near you and ask them which devices are compatible with your particular device. I would write down all the features your looking for and number them by importance then ask to test the different keyboards you prefer to your personal list. Some examples do the keys stick when typing, does it have a mouse with the keyboard, is it quiet when typing, and etc.
