“I purchased this printer on 5/30/16. All's been well but just today, it took about 8 minutes for the printing to begin, then another 8 to print off one page (not a lot of print on the page either). This continued for 4 hours, then all is well again. Why??”

This might be the same problem I had after the printer sat for quite a while without being used. The ink dries out and won't print. Use the cd that came with the printer and run the nozzle cleaning function. It should work all right after that. Be careful to not let it go without printing for any great length of time.
