• No, sorry, you will need Vista or newer for most modern printers. XP will work with some, but only 32-bit.

• I don't know if it works at all. I wasn't able to download the driver and get it installed. I use Windows 8.1. Sorry I can't answer that. The bottom line, however, is I still don't have a printer.
