A:AnswerIt comes with a black and a color ink cartridge. The cartridges contain smaller quantities than the standard size cartridge. By using ink-saving settings, I have used the cartridges that came with the printer for a month and have not run out, though I don't do a lot of printing. I would suggest that you also purchase a standard size or exrtra large size cartridges for use when the ones that come with the printer run out.
