- Answer Yes, it should be fine for both computers. In fact, I don't know of an actual limit for the number of devices you can install the drivers on. A complete set of the ink cartridges will vary in price depending on where you get them, but is typically in the $30-40 range.

- Answer The HP Instant Ink program gives you 50, 100 or 300 pages per month of anything you want to print! So yes if you print 50 full 8x10 photos it will cost you $2.99 in ink or about 6 cents per photo in ink cost! A regular 65 cartridge set is rated at about 100 pages with 5% coverage. A full page of coverage would be 100% or 20 times that so, you could print probably 3 to 5 8x10 photos with one cartridge. Also in best mode, photos use a bit more ink. So if you are printing lots of photos, the HP Instant Ink program will save you lots of money on ink costs!

- Answer It will need to be plugged into power for it to work. It does not have a battery. I would look at the HP OfficeJet 200 mobile printer if you need a printer with a battery. - Answer For scanning you’ll need to download and install the printers software and then choose scan. For envelope printing use a program such as word - choose envelope and then adjust the printer feed tray to envelope size.

- Answer No, there is not. If you are subscribing to Instant Ink and cancel, the Instant Ink cartridge will be turned off (just as if you had cancelled any other service). As for cartridges you purchase, there is no similar mechanism.
