Install virtual machine software and run your Windows 7 from a virtual machine. You will likely need more memory unless you are using your virtual machine for very basic functions. I used to run lubuntu on my PC with VISTA running in a virtual machine. Do a search for Windows 11 (10) and running virtual machines.

Please try again later.Thank you for the prompt response, however now I can only "answer" additionally to this question, so I will clarify here that my intention was to actually RUN Win7 along with all my old software on this new machine. To simply transfer the data files is simple but not sufficient as an answer for my initial question. It's a copied "bootable" image as a Win7 device that I was seeking.
