That's almost certainly because the VGA signal is analog, while the HDMI signal is digital, so you'd want a card with two HDMI ports, (or one HDMI and one DisplayPort DVI-D if your monitor can take a one of those signals. If your monitor doesn't, you'd need an adapter to go the HDMI port on the second monitor.) An additional complication is that the computer has a 180w power supply, so a card that requires a lot of power wouldn't be a good choice. One option would be something like the GeForce GT 730, which meets the power requirements, and includes an HDMI and DVI port. There are other cards that also meet those requirements.
