A:AnswerUsually they have an icon next to them to indicate which is which. Play a video or music and plug your speaker in one, if it doesnt work, try the other one. If it still doesn't work you may need to select the audio device thru the audio settings on the computer (front panel vs rear panel audio or headphones vs speakers).

A:AnswerTypical dual monitor setups are either duplicate or extend where the 2 monitors make up the same desktop window but as you scroll off of one screen you scroll onto the other one.
A:AnswerWe purchased three of these machines for our church office and no one has mentioned a crackling noise. They have said that the machines are very quiet and very fast!
A:AnswerAre you also running on 4k monitors? You can run task manager (The fastest way to open Task Manager in Windows 10 is to simultaneously press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys on your keyboard.) then look at the performance tab while you have both programs running. This will show you how much of the processor you are using and RAM. If the processor/CPU usage stays closed to 100% then it is probably your CPU struggling. If your RAM is close to 100% usage then you might could use some extra RAM.
If you have 12 gb of ram, I think both of these programs recommend 8gb each. If you are also running 4k monitors then you need more ram for the built in Graphics chip to use b/c it is also using part of the 12gb of ram.
Adding a more powerful graphics card might fix the issue too if this computer has a slot for that.
A:AnswerThis computer has Windows 10 and a DVD drive that reads and writes. For the best experience with word docs, I suggest adding the MS Office subscription. Based on my experience it should fit your needs.
