Q: QuestionCan I take a hard drive I have in my current computer (it was added as an extra) and switch it to this computer?
Asked by nucman.
- A:Answer If it was added as an extra, I assume that means it was extra storage capacity and NOT the C: (the local drive where the operating system is). So, my answer is that it should be no problem and after installing it, when next booted, the O.S. will recognize new hardware and configure it automatically. Especially if both are Windows 10 machines. Do your own homework. Look for many sources of info to check for possible issues.

Q: QuestionWould this computer be good to turn into a gaming rig? I know I can add ram and switch the SSD, but does it have a good graphics card etc?
Asked by Joseph.
- A:Answer It can certainly manage the less demanding games, or games set at low detail, but if you are a serious gamer, then this isn't the best system for you. The graphics "card" is actually integrated in the system. The memory is upgradeable to 32 gb. using 2 16gb memory chips. The 256 gb Solid State drive is fast and quiet (no moving parts) but you would want at least a TB or 2 of conventional storage for those huge games. It does have HDMI out, so the video connection is good, but, you would want a much faster video card. My advice? Get a 8th or 9th generation Intel i7 or i9, and a $400 graphics card, and the most RAM you can afford.
