• Hello, Cayden. Yes, you can install a discrete graphics card on this desktop. You may also need to upgrade the power supply.

• Graphics come from the CPU. You can add a GPU if you want but make sure it will fit power requirements as you can not update the PSU. HP uses a unique psu connection.
