The power supply is not powerful enough for a RX 5700 XT GPU. AMD recommends a 500 Watt PSU, this desktop only has a 180 Watt PSU. This motherboard does not have PCIe 4.0, but the 4.0 cards will work in a 3.0 slot with no issues.
