• there's only one video output in the back. One would need an expansion (adapter) to split the output to two monitors. Windows 10 will do the rest.

• Yes, I have two monitors with it. One connected via HDMI port and the other via VGA port. So you gotta make sure the monitors can support at least one of those type of ports.
