Yes. There is a bay and all the connectors are preinstalled.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Regarding the response above, You can also install 2.5 inch SATA drives without a problem, using the pre-drilled bottom-mounted screw holes in the base of the plate. the only thing not included are the small screws needed for this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Prewired for a 3.5" HDD. I have an 8TB Seagate in there, works fine, any SSDs would plug in fine as well. The built-in one is a NVME M.2 style (?) way faster interface than SATA. (Even the 256GB generic in there's 3-4X faster than the fastest SSD on SATA. With a hi-perf drive? Could be scary.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and no. There is a provision for a 3.5 inch SATA hard drive. SSD drives are, however, 2.5 inch. Adapters exist. Also, check HP's support pages for more info. https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-desktop-pc-m01-f1000a/37921112/model/2100000352/product-info
