“I have NO sound and they said it does not have a sound card??? does this computer have a sound card”

Hi HP! Yes the computer has a sound card, but it does not have external speakers. You can plug in a headset in the front 3.5mm audio jack, or in the rear there are 3 audio 3.5mm outputs. You can also attach Bluetooth or USB speakers. It has the following audio: Audio - Integrated audio Audio Codec: Realtek ALC3601-CG High Definition (Azalia) 5.1 channel audio Support Audio jack presence detection
