Does the DVD have both read and write capabilities? null

An optical drive is not included on the HP M01-F1014 desktop.

BestBuy has an external CD/DVD drive (LG brand I think), read/write capable, on sale right now for $24.99. It connects via a USB port, which this desktop has plenty of.
