Q: QuestionDoes the Laptop have 2 2gb Sticks of RAM or 1 4gb stick?

• A:Answer Good question. This computer has 2 slots that support 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB sticks. The RAM is expandable to 16 GB with 8 GB sticks in each slot. Q: QuestionHas anyone tried the Windows 10 upgrade? I've had problems on some computers with the upgrade because the old drivers don't work with Windows 10. Last thing I want to do is upgrade and then have an optical drive that doesn't work.

• A:Answer My observation is that in general the refurbers offer pretty skimpy hardware warranties - 30 to 90 days typically, although you sometimes find a better term. Refurb PCs are long out of manufacturer warranty.
