- Answer It does not, simply because there's not enough room in the computer to package a CD/DVD drive and everything else. Several different HP models have them, but the lineup is constantly changing. In new laptops, you'll need to look at models in the 15-17" range.

- Answer Yes, you can extend to another monitor using a USB-C to HDMI adapter. If you want to extend to two monitors, you will have to buy a USB-C to HDMI with two HDMI ports. I have this laptop and have not had any connectivity issues.
