  • Questionwhat is the ghz?

    Asked by skip.

    • Answer Greetings from the Intel team. Thank you for your question. According to the system specifications on the retailer's website, the HP Envy model 9U360UA#ABA has an Intel® Core™ i7-13700H Processor with a Max Turbo Frequency of 5 GHz. CPUs do not always need to run at their maximum frequency. Some programs depend more on memory to run smoothly, while others are CPU-intensive. Intel® Turbo Boost Technology is an energy-efficient solution to this imbalance: it lets the CPU run at its base clock speed when handling light workloads and at a higher clock speed for heavy workloads. For detailed information about the Intel® Core™ i7-13700H Processor, please visit: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/232128/intel-core-i713700h-processor-24m-cache-up-to-5-00-ghz/specifications.html Thank you for choosing Intel! • QuestionCan you recommend a good power bank to charge this laptop?

    Asked by Simon.

    • Answer Simon, thank you for your question about charging this laptop through a power bank. This laptop has a much higher power draw than what the USB-C and Thunderbolt ports can handle and is equipped with a 200W power supply. Charging through any power bank will be very slow and using the laptop with one could also deplete the power bank itself.

  • Questionparameters of USB C charger which is charging 16-h1053dx? Power, voltages, currents?

    Asked by gg0620.

    • Answer Thank you for the question. The Envy 16-h1053dx charges and powers with the Smart Pin adapter, however, there are two Thunderbolt 4 ports that will charge at 100 watts. Voltage ratings for all ports are as follows: 5 V dc @ 3 A / 9 V dc @ 3 A / 12 V dc @ 5 A / 15 V dc @ 5 A / 20 V dc @ 5 A / 5 V dc USB-A port @ 2 A – 100 W USB-C + 10 W USB-A. The computer operates on DC power, which can be supplied by an AC or a DC power source. The AC power source must be rated at 100 V–240 V, 50 Hz–60 Hz. Although the computer can be powered from a standalone DC power source, it should be powered only with an AC adapter or a DC power source supplied and approved by HP for use with this computer.
