It is to the left of the space bar. Type Activation. Once the Activation window opens, select "Upgrade your edition of Windows". Click on the down arrow. Then, select Open Store. Finally, you would select Buy to Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Or you can have the Geek Squad at Best Buy upgrade the laptop to Windows 11 Pro. We recommend reaching out to the Geek Squad for the current cost.
