Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no separate sound. One cannot have both at the same time, so it is not recognizing your headphones. Jack may be broken. Try going to Settings > Sound to add device, even though you should not have to do so. Even if your headphones were broken, it should divert sound from speakers to headphones.
