A:AnswerI upgraded mine to 64GB RAM with my local Geek Squad. I used Model F4-3200C22D-64GRS from G.Skill Ripjaws 64GB 32x2 sticks. These are working terrifically with this Hp Envy.
I also upgraded the SSD with the following one from HP
HP FX900 Pro 512GB NVMe Gen 4 Gaming SSD 7.4GB transfer speed pcie Gen 4.

A:AnswerHi Greg, thank you for the question. Microsoft has included a one-month trial of Microsoft 365 (formerly called Microsoft Office) with the Envy 17-cr0013dx laptop.
A:AnswerHello Alexa and thank you for your interest in this HP 17-cr0013dx! This laptop does indeed have 12GB of RAM with a tentative release date of 07/03/2022. Release dates are subject to change.
A:AnswerThank you for the question. With the 12th generation processor that utilizes efficiency and performance cores, you may not have the need to upgrade the RAM (plus, Windows 11 was developed for better processor efficiency). But if you decided to increase memory, you could go as high as 64GB and you'd want to use DDR4 RAM (3200 MHz). We highly suggest using a professional technician such as Geek Squad to perform the upgrade. Note that while upgrading does not void the original warranty, damage to adjacent components in the course of upgrading would not be covered under the warranty.
A:AnswerThis laptop is considered non-upgradeable. If you are curious about potential upgrade options for this unit, you should contact either HP Support or Geek Squad. Any upgrades done for this unit should be done by a certified technician. If Geek Squad does the upgrades, it will not void the warranty, but HP will not cover the new parts.
