• The box it came has the HP logo all over it with the word refurbished next to it. The bottom corner of the shipping box says "HP Refurbished Products: Fully refurbished to meed the demanding quality standards of HP; This product may contain remanufactured parts; Refurbished HP products are covered with a 90-day limited warranty"

• It came in original HP packaging with an HP warranty slip. I think it's safe to say it's a real factory refurb.
