• Thank you for the question. Upgrade is possible, but you may not need it since the 12th generation i7 processor utilizes performance cores and efficiency cores to keep the system responsive and efficient. All of the newest models use slotted RAM so they can be upgraded, but they require battery removal so user access is officially unsupported -  RAM slots are accessible/upgradeable by IT or self-maintainers only.
